General Electric Employees

National Technology Learning Onsite training is available to hourly and non-exempt employees of General Electric utilizing the Individual Development Program (IDP) benefit. Under this program, General Electric will reimburse the employee the cost of the courses for hourly and non-exempt employees after 6 months of employment with the company. This means the employee has no out of pocket costs for tuition and course manuals related to the training classes.

NTL provides all of the equipment and manuals needed for the training in a dedicated classroom for General Electric employees.
