National Technology Learning Onsite training is available to hourly employees of General Motors utilizing the UAW-GM Tuition Assistance Plan (TAP) benefit. Under this program, General Motors will pay the cost of the courses for hourly employees. This means the employee has no out of pocket costs for tuition and course manuals related to the training classes.

NTL provides all of the equipment and manuals needed for the training in a dedicated classroom for General Motors employees.
