It is only necessary to fill this form out 1 time to register for classes. Access to the classes will only happen after the registration form is completed and has been processed on our end. You will receive an email at the email address you put on the registration form letting you know when you can access the classes.

Please make sure that you are entering your name EXACTLY as it is for GE. If you put a nickname or “preferred” name on our registration form that does not match what GE has for you in the HRCentral portal, it will cause your tuition to be denied. National Technology Learning, LLC Assignment Agreement This Assignment Agreement (the “Assignment”) is made between the student listed on this registration form (“Assignor”) and National Technology Learning, LLC. WHEREAS, Assignor has entered into a contract with National Technology Learning, LLC to provide certain educational services and in consideration for such educational services, Assignor’s employer, General Electric (“Employer”), has agreed to pay for the cost of such educational services per the National Technology Learning, LLC Policy; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Employer’s policies and procedures, Employer will write a negotiable check in the amount of the cost of the educational services addressed and made payable to Assignor (“Assignor’s Check”) and which Assignor shall deliver to National Technology Learning, LLC upon receipt of Assignor’s Check. If the assignor’s check is directly deposited by Employer, then a personal debit card, personal credit card, certified check, cashier’s check, or money order are required forms of payment. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto hereby agree as follows: 1. Assignor does hereby assign, pledge and convey all of Assignor’s right, title and interest in Assignor’s Check (including any proceeds there from) to National Technology Learning, LLC as consideration for the educational services to be performed. Upon receipt of Assignor’s Check, Assignor shall then promptly deliver the payment to National Technology Learning, LLC within 30 days upon receipt of reimbursement from General Electric. If the assignor’s check is directly deposited by Employer, then a certified check, cashier’s check, or money order are required forms of payment. If Assignor fails to send payment within 30 days, the Assignor will be subject to a penalty fee of $50.00, which will be added to each class owed. 2. If Assignor fails to endorse Assignor’s Check and deliver Assignor’s Check to National Technology Learning, LLC. as required herein, then Assignor shall be directly liable to Assignor in an amount equal to Assignor’s Check. NTL, LLC shall be permitted to take any and all legal actions available to NTL, LLC which may result in a garnishment of wages, and are permitted by law or equity to collect the amount due from Assignor pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation enforcing any action to trace the proceeds from the Assignor’s Check deposited in any account by Assignor. 3. This Assignment shall inure to the benefit of and be binding on Assignor and National Technology Learning, LLC., its successors and assigns.
