It is only necessary to fill this form out ONE time; to register for classes.

After submission:

• Your registration will be processed
• You will receive an email when access to classes is available
• You will be directed to hrcentral.geaerospace.com to complete your GE paperwork

National Technology Learning, LLC Assignment Agreement

By signing, you (“Assignor”) agree to the following:

• Your employer, General Electric (“Employer”), will reimburse you for the cost of your classes.
• You agree to assign and deliver that reimbursement payment to National Technology Learning, LLC (“NTL”) as payment for your classes.

Payment Terms:

• You must submit payment to NTL within 30 days of receiving reimbursement from your employer.
• If your reimbursement is issued as a check, you must endorse and deliver that check to NTL. If reimbursement is direct deposited, you must pay NTL using a personal debit/credit card, certified check, cashier’s check, or money order.
• A $50 late fee per class will be applied if payment is not received within 30 days.

Failure to Pay: If payment is not submitted as required, you are personally responsible for the full amount owed. NTL may pursue all legal remedies available, including collection actions permitted by law.

This agreement is binding upon you and National Technology Learning, LLC and its successors and assigns.
