Class & Equipment Payment

You have several options for paying for your classes.

  • A certified check, cashier’s check or money order can be dropped off to me in the UAW 647 office located at 1 Crowne Point Court, Suite 290, Sharonville, OH 45241.
  • Now you can also pay with a PERSONAL credit or debit card. If you want to pay in person at the office, you can. If you want to call me with your credit card information, you can. Or, if you want to pay online, you can do that too. This is a new option that we are providing for your convenience.

Please keep in mind that we will NOT ship your equipment until we receive the FULL payment from you – that includes both halves of the class along with the equipment payment. If you take 2 classes at the same time, we need the full payment for both classes before shipping equipment. We typically will do one big shipment when we reach 80% of the class payment received – so the quicker everyone pays, the better. We ship through UPS with adult signature required. If they try to deliver and no one is home, they will leave a note and try again the next day. Feel free to call them at the number on the note to make other arrangements to pick up your package. If you sign up for the free My Choice program from UPS, they will email you when the delivery is coming.

Credit Card & Debit Card payment

Please use your PERSONAL debit or credit card to pay for your classes. Or if you prefer, you can still drop off a certified check, cashier’s check, or money order to the office or mail your payment.

If you wish to pay via personal debit or credit card, please fill out this form. This will then automatically direct you to our secure payment processor (convergepay.com) who will process your credit card payment. By filling out this form, it provides us an easy way to cross-reference your payment with our payment processor. We do not store your credit card information.
